The Denise Billen-Mejia Commentaries

If you’ve been keeping up with H2’s insights and articles, you’ve probably noticed how I stress  clearing out those “no longer useful beliefs” from the mind while putting more positive thoughts and responses in.
Recently, I had the pleasure of chatting with C. Lee Cawley about her work helping people clear out the physical clutter from their lives and the similarities in the process to control the chaos that we use without clients was startling.  There is so much overlap, which probably shouldn’t have surprised us so much when we all know the profound impact clutter can have on our mental well-being.
