Trump Assassination Attempt, Who Has the Evidence

INTERVIEW ON THE PRICE OF BUSINESS SHOW, MEDIA PARTNER OF THIS SITE.

Recently Kevin Price, Host of the nationally syndicated Price of Business Show, interviewed James Gebhardt, creator and CEO of MyArkit.com.

The James Gebhardt Commentaries

I was just sitting down to eat a sandwich, so I clicked on the TV, and the Trump rally was just starting, so I thought I’d watch a little to pass the time. Then all hell broke loose. This instantly reminded me of the Reagan assassination attempt and JFK event. As days turned into weeks we are splattered with info from all angles. This was probably the most filmed assassination attempt in history. All camera phones where hoisted into the air to catch what bits of history they could. (Before, during, and after). Which leads me to my point of this article, “Who gets to see all the evidence”? Each news agency has their bits and pieces to analyze and commentate on. The authorities surely have access to all info, but that doesn’t comfort me. A great book I read on the JFK assassination was “Case Closed” by Gerald Posner; it showed how evidence and opinions could change due to time and public presumptions. Imagine if all the participants at the JFK event could upload their evidence to an archival holding service that does nothing to alter or manipulate any of the data. If all the public could look at the evidence and eyewitness reports from the time of the event we would have true transparency. We seem to not trust the social media mavens (for good reasons) who are so quick to analyze. Let’s trust “us” to look at the evidence as it was recorded. Historical events need context and clarity, if we are to “BELIEVE” what happened. Hmmm but who has such a service?
