This month’s commentary revolves around FAILURE RULE #2: Nothing Is Safe. This is the idea that as an entrepreneur, a creative, or a person striving to align with your most authentic calling journey in the world, you must recognize that nothing is truly safe and then make reinvention your utmost skill.
In this installment, I reveal a season in my own life when I fell into a failure space and failure purified me (FAILURE RULES #1: Failure Purifies). In this season, I had just experienced a business divorce and marital divorce simultaneously. It was an empty failure space that illustrated FAILURE RULE #2: Nothing Is Safe.
My response was to invoke the Divinity of Purpose and make reinvention my utmost skill by pursuing multiple new threads in parallel.
